Production
When does production begin?
Production timing starts from the next working day after the order is placed, subject to the artwork and order being ready to print.
The live product configurator shows the production choices currently available for that item. Invitation options currently include standard and faster production choices; use the option displayed in your own configuration.
Delivery
Check the current order route
Products currently state that UK delivery is included. Any destination rules or delivery options applying to your order should be checked in the live product journey and at checkout.
Production time and courier transit time are separate. Do not treat a production option as a guaranteed event-date arrival promise.

1. Complete the artwork
Finish personalisation or upload a print-ready file with the correct names, dates and details.
2. Review the setup
Confirm the paper, size, finish and production option shown before checkout.
3. Allow for questions
Foiling, proofing or artwork queries may need approval before printing begins.
